Irina Kous is the Operations Manager at Greentown Labs. Irina has over ten years of experience in customer service and sales management.

Irina started their career as a Sales Manager at BCBG Max Azria in 2009. There, they were responsible for maximizing sales and profitability through the execution of the company's clientele program. Irina also expanded the store's clientele base and promoted repeated sales by showing expertise in the brand. In 2011, Irina left BCBG Max Azria to become the Community Manager at Built - Coworking Space.

As the Community Manager, Irina was responsible for creating an engaging, authentic, and genuine experience for current members and potential clients. Irina also assisted in organizing and planning marketing, customer appreciation, and industry outreach events. In addition, Irina prepared monthly newsletters, ensured event space was configured and set up as desired for events, and made graphics for events which they pushed across online and offline channels.

In April 2021, Irina left Built - Coworking Space to become the Operations Manager at Greentown Labs. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization.

Irina Kous has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana University Bloomington.

Irina Kous reports to Joubin Hatamzadeh, SVP, Operations. They are on a team with Kay Lowden - Safety & Operations Manager, Ashlynn Hall - Operations Coordinator, Houston, and Carey Ann Comeau - Director, Wet Lab Operations.
