Senthil Kumar has a diverse work experience in the field of fleet and transport management. Senthil started their career in 2006 as a Service Advisor at TOYOTA LAKOZY AUTO PVT LTD in Mumbai, where they were responsible for receiving vehicles from customers, estimating repair costs, and coordinating with insurance companies.
In 2007, Senthil joined The Honda Place as a Service Manager, overseeing workshop operations, inventory management, and quality control. Senthil also provided feedback on product quality to the Technical Support Specialist.
From 2009 to 2009, Senthil worked as a Workshop Manager at G3 Motors Ltd, where they managed the workshop and controlled all related activities. Senthil developed work schedules, monitored performance and budgets, and ensured customer satisfaction.
Senthil then joined Ringardas Nigeria in 2010 as a Transport Manager, where they had extensive responsibilities including managing a fleet of 300 heavy-duty trucks, allocation of work to drivers, GPS tracking, handling road accidents, and maintenance of diesel trucks.
Most recently, Senthil became the Head of Fleet Operation Manager at Greenville LNG in 2016. In this role, they organized and managed the logistics of a LNG fleet that delivered LNG to clients' premises across Nigeria.

Senthil Kumar pursued their undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering specializing in Automobiles at Kalasalinkam University from 1995 to 1998.
