Nicolas De Clercq has extensive work experience in financial and management roles. Nicolas currently serves as the CFO for Greenyard, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Zaakvoerder for NDC Management Services BV from 2012 onwards. In 2022, they served as the Chief Financial Officer for miDiagnostics until 2023. From 2012 to 2022, they held the position of CFO at Kinepolis. Before that, they had various roles at USG People, including VP Finance and VP Finance USG People The Netherlands, from 2002 to 2011. In 2005, they worked as the Financial Manager for Start People. Nicolas also has experience as the Financial Manager for Solvus the Netherlands from 2004 to 2005 and as the International business controller for Solvus NV from 2002 to 2004. Nicolas started their career as the Business Controlling Manager at Telenet NV in 1998 and as the Business controller at KBC from 1994 to 1998.

Nicolas De Clercq completed their Master's degree in applied economics from Ghent University in the period 1990-1994. Prior to that, they attended Sint lievenscollege Gent from 1986 to 1990. Later, they pursued a MMP degree in management from Vlerick Business School from 2001 to 2002.
