Jonathan E. Mathieu

Jonathan E. Mathieu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in project finance and legal operations. Currently serving as a Project Finance & Legal Officer at GreenYellow since October 2020, Mathieu has structured and executed over €40M in senior non-recourse project finance facilities for solar PV projects. Prior experience includes co-founding Riz Debout, a culinary publishing project dedicated to Malagasy cuisine, and working as a Project Finance - M&A Analyst at GreenYellow, where financial models for various international projects were built and audited. With a background in credit analysis from ACEP Madagascar and legal internships at the Ministry of Finance & Planning, Mathieu holds a European Triple Degree MSc. in Management & Corporate Finance from emlyon business school and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Université Paris Nanterre.
