Caroline Brunner has extensive work experience in human resources, holding leadership roles in various companies. Caroline is currently the Head of Human Resources at Greiner Packaging, where they manage all HR functions and leads a team of five. Previously, they served as a Global HR Businesspartner and HR Businesspartner at ZKW, where they were responsible for the full employee lifecycle and implemented HR tools across multiple sites. Prior to that, they worked at Kepler Universitätsklinikum in the area of training and development and at Doka and Kornmüller GmbH in sales and executive support roles respectively.
