Luo Xiaobo (Bob) has a solid work experience in the energy industry, starting in the year 2000 and continuing to the present. luo began their career as a geologist in the Logging Company of Southwest Petroleum Bureau, responsible for lithological description and assisting in compiling final well reports. In 2002, they joined Southwest Petroleum Bureau as a geologist, taking on tasks such as mud logging and geological responsibility. During their time there, they successfully forecasted drilling risks and independently compiled final well reports, all of which received excellent evaluations. In 2008, Luo Xiaobo joined Beijing Orion Energy Technology Limited Company as a senior geosteering engineer and geologist. After three years, they transitioned to Dart Energy as a Geologist, where they worked until 2013. In their most recent role, Luo Xiaobo joined Greka Energy as a Senior Geologist and OCC Manager in 2013. Overall, they have accumulated extensive experience in geology and has consistently demonstrated their expertise in the field.
Luo Xiaobo (Bob) received their Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from South-West Petroleum University (now known as Southwest Petroleum University) from 1996 to 2000.
