Chad Rusk's work experience begins with their current position as a Site Reliability Engineer at greymatter.io, which they started in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Network Administrator at Datum Government Solutions from July 2019 to January 2022. Before that, they held the position of Senior Principal Network Engineer at Raytheon from April 2018 to July 2019. Chad also worked as an AOC WS Network Engineer at ISYS Technologies from July 2017 to April 2018, and as an AOC Network Engineer at Jacobs from June 2016 to June 2017. Chad Rusk's previous experience includes being a NOC Network Engineer II at IntellecTechs from February 2015 to June 2016, and a Field Technician at NetTek LLC from August 2012 to 2014. Chad started their career as a CSR1 at Cegedim Dendrite in June 2008 and worked there until July 2012. Additionally, they briefly worked as an Accounts Consultant at Channel Blade Technologies in 2007.
Chad Rusk obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Old Dominion University, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Chad then pursued an A.S. degree in Network & Security Management from ECPI College of Technology between 2006 and 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Chad obtained the Security+ certification from CompTIA in February 2009, followed by the Network+ certification from the same institution in October 2008. Additionally, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing and Switching certification from Cisco in October 2012 and the CCNA Voice certification in May 2014.
