Grey Matter
David Tillery's work experience starts in 2006 when they worked as a System Administrator at ManTech until November 2007. From there, they transitioned to being a UI Engineer at ManTech until June 2010. David then joined BIT Systems / Six3 Systems as a UI Engineer from June 2010 to November 2011. After that, they worked as a UI Engineer at Echo360, Inc. from November 2011 to February 2015. In 2015, David started working at Decipher Technology Studios, where they held the positions of UI Engineer from October 2015 to April 2019 and Director of User Experience from August 2017 to April 2019. In 2015, they also began working as a Freelance Web Developer at Tillery Designs LLC, a position they held until June 2022. Currently, David is working as a Software Developer at greymatter.io, starting in February 2021.
David Tillery obtained their high school diploma from the American School in Japan in 1998. David then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus, graduating in 2009. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications in UX Design from LinkedIn, including "Creating Personas," "Ideation," "Creating Scenarios and Storyboards," "Paper Prototyping," "Implementation Planning," "Overview," and "Analyzing User Data" in 2018.
