Bernadette Chai

Bernadette Chai is a seasoned finance professional with extensive expertise in real estate investment and corporate finance. Currently serving as Senior Director of Investments at Greystar since September 2017, Bernadette has previously held key positions including Associate Director of Corporate Finance at JLL and various roles at Challenger Limited, culminating in a Finance Manager position. Bernadette began the career at KPMG as an Accountant in Audit and Advisory. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Business degree specializing in Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney.
