Cope Willis

Cope Willis is an experienced sustainability leader currently serving as the Managing Director, Sustainability at Greystar, where responsibilities include leading global climate and sustainability strategies for an asset portfolio exceeding $50 billion. Prior to this role, Cope was the VP of Sustainability & Environmental Solutions at Harsco Corporation, managing corporate sustainability efforts and advising the Executive Leadership Team on ESG initiatives. Cope's background also includes serving as Director of Sustainability Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where strategic consulting and business development efforts significantly grew the practice. Additional experience includes roles at EverGreen Solutions, Magnolia Development, Perot Systems Government Services, and Philip Williams & Associates, LTD. Cope holds a B.A. in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia and a Ph.D. in Earth Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
