Davon Moody

Davon Moody is an experienced property management professional with a strong background in new development and operations management. Most recently serving as Regional Property Manager at Greystar from February 2020 to August 2023, Davon held previous positions as Senior Community Manager and Senior Business Manager at Alliance Residential Company, where management included the Broadstone Durham community. Prior experience includes roles as Multi-Site Community Manager and Community Manager at Rivergate KW Residential, as well as a Leasing Consultant at Camden Property Trust and various positions at Northwood Ravin, including Property Management Intern. Davon earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Johnson & Wales University between 2014 and 2017.
