Laura Mutterperl

Laura Mutterperl currently serves as Senior Managing Director and General Counsel for US Property Management Legal Services at Greystar, starting in September 2023. Prior to this role, Laura was Chief Legal Officer at Dream Hotel Group from January 2017 to August 2023, where responsibilities included creating and overseeing the global legal function and advising executives on complex legal and business issues related to domestic and international hotel developments. Laura also held positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., first as Executive Vice President and General Counsel and subsequently as Vice President & Associate General Counsel, focusing on legal support for hotel development projects. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Kirkland & Ellis and an Associate at Fried Frank, where Laura advised on public and private transactions. Laura holds a JD from Harvard Law School and an A.B. in Near Eastern Languages & Civilizations from Harvard University.
