Leonard Morris

Leonard Morris is a seasoned professional in multifamily real estate with extensive experience leading marketing and operations initiatives. Currently serving as the Senior Regional Marketing Lead at Greystar since July 2020, Leonard has successfully overseen the stabilization of a 278-unit multifamily development in Downtown Phoenix. Previously, at Alliance Residential Company from June 2012 to July 2020, Leonard managed a waterfront development in Downtown Tempe, achieving significant occupancy milestones ahead of projections. Leonard began the multifamily journey at Trillium Residential as a Leasing Associate, where leadership was demonstrated in overseeing a Class-A community near Tempe, AZ. Leonard's academic background includes studies at Grand Canyon University and Mesa Community College.
