Allyn Pierson

Allyn Pierson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate finance and underwriting. Currently serving as a Senior Underwriter at Greystone Servicing Corporation, Inc. since May 2013, Allyn has developed a strong proficiency in managing the underwriting process for Fannie Mae DUS and Freddie Mac loans. Prior to this role, Allyn held the position of Assistant Vice President at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital from September 2001 to May 2013, further solidifying expertise in the field. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Real Estate Analyst at Colonial Bank, where analytical skills were applied to operating statements and loan committee presentations across diverse income-producing assets. Allyn holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Alabama.
