Kelsey began her career at GRID in 2015 as a Project Manager in Nicaragua, coordinating and participating in off-grid installations in rural communities with local and international volunteers. She also helped lead local workforce development efforts and eventually helped launch GRID’s Installation Basic Training 200 program for women in Nicaragua. She is passionate about helping women launch their solar careers and creating a more diverse and inclusive solar workforce. Kelsey graduated with a BA degree in Social Work from Goshen College with a minor in Spanish.
