Jelena Ristovic

Jelena Ristovic serves as the Global HR Operations Manager at Grid Dynamics since May 2023. Previously, Jelena held the position of HR Manager for EMEA & International at TMF Group from November 2019 to June 2025. Prior experience includes working as an International HR and Assignment Services Specialist for Global Mobility at SR Technics Group, where Jelena managed HR administrative processes and global mobility across over 10 countries. Additionally, Jelena has worked as an HR Services Specialist, focusing on the creation and enhancement of HR service processes, and as a Cash Services Analyst at NCR Corporation, optimizing cash management and financial reporting. Jelena began teaching German as a foreign language at the Institute for Foreign Languages. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade, and further studies at the International Summer University of Otto-Friedrich-University Bamberg in Germany.
