Joanna Bruhn is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Grid Dynamics, where expertise in transformative cloud solutions for the retail, finance, and technology sectors is applied since October 2022. Prior experience includes over seven years at Hays, progressing through various roles from Talent Resourcer IT & Telecoms to Perm IT Leader/Senior IT Consultant, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and overseeing multiple IT projects. Joanna's career began with positions such as IT Recruitment Consultant at ITFS sp. z o.o. and internships at the Association Pomorskie in the EU and Gdańsk University of Technology. Joanna holds a Master's degree in International Management from Gdańsk University of Technology, complemented by studies in Economy through the Erasmus program in Italy and degrees in International Relations and European Studies.
