Maksym Pavlenko

Maksym Pavlenko, FCCA, serves as the Head of Finance at Grid Dynamics, a global leader in digital transformation services, since January 2021. Prior to this role, Maksym held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at DAXX WEB INDUSTRIES B.V., an IT outstaffing and consulting company in the Netherlands. Previous experiences include serving as CFO at KNESS, a Ukrainian company focused on renewable energy, and at Protein Production, which specializes in soy processing. Maksym began a professional career in finance with EY as an Audit Senior, followed by roles as a Risk Analyst at Raiffaisen Leasing Aval and a Credit Manager at JSC UKRSOTSBANK. Maksym holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, along with certification as a member of ACCA.
