Martyna Wójs

Martyna Wójs is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner Lead at Grid Dynamics since March 2023, Martyna manages the HR Business Partner Team across four locations in Poland. Previous positions include Senior HR Business Partner at Mercator Medical S.A., where responsibilities included building a competency model and reviewing HR processes, and a Senior HR Advisor at Shell, focusing on complex HR-related cases. Martyna has also held key HR roles at Philip Morris International, coordinating international assignments, and has a strong foundation in HR generalist functions. Martyna holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Jagiellonian University and has gained valuable experience through internships at Goldman Recruitment and Adecco Poland.
