Sajee Sivaraman

Sajee Sivaraman is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently, Sajee serves as Global Talent Acquisition & Fulfillment at Grid Dynamics since November 2019, contributing to digital transformation initiatives for Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to this role, Sajee was the Head of Talent Acquisition for North America and Europe at Brillio from 2013 to 2019, focusing on deploying digital solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Earlier career milestones include serving as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition & HR at Collabera Inc. from 2004 to 2013, where Sajee played a key role in managing a substantial workforce across multiple regions, and as a Channel Recruiter at Aublix Software Private Limited in Mumbai from 2002 to 2004, along with a formative position as an Associate Recruiter at a recruitment agency from 2001 to 2002. Sajee holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development, Labor Laws, and Statistics from Pune University.
