Tobias Mitter's work experience begins in 2004 as a PR Intern at BMW. Tobias later worked as a Partner at netmedianer GmbH from 2008 until 2014. Tobias then joined IBM as a Senior Managing Consultant in the Digital and Analytics Center of Competence from 2014 to 2016. Following this, they worked at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Principal, Digital BCG, where they were involved in various digital transformation projects until 2020.
