Matthew Kinghorn

Matthew Kinghorn, CAPS, currently serves as Operations Manager at Griffis Residential, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Matthew was Regional Manager at Harbor Group Management Company from January 2020 to February 2021 and held the position of Regional Property Manager at Holland Partner Group from August 2018 to July 2019. Matthew's experience also includes serving as Regional Property Manager at Aimco Apartment Homes from August 2014 to June 2018 and working as a Restaurant General Manager in various companies from January 2003 to August 2014. Matthew earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida SouthWestern State College between 2003 and 2007.
