Tracy DiMeo has extensive work experience, starting in 2002 with River Valley Foods, Inc. as an Office Assistant. Tracy then worked as a Promotions Intern at Clear Channel Communications in 2004. In 2005, they held temporary positions at Contemporary Personnel Staffing, Inc. and also worked as an Independent Kitchen Consultant for Pampered Chef. Tracy was a Data Acquisition Specialist at Virtucom Group, Inc. from 2005 to 2010. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Independent Consultant for Arbonne International, and from 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Marketing Content Support Specialist at Wynit, Inc. Tracy also worked as an Independent Consultant for Thirty-One Gifts from 2012 to 2014. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Lead Admin at Robert Half International. Tracy joined Griffiss Institute in 2014 and held various roles including Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, and Facility Security Officer. Tracy currently serves as the Executive Office Manager.
Tracy DiMeo obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business and Communications from Le Moyne College, which they attended from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, during the same time period at the same institution.

Griffiss Institute
The Griffiss Institute (GI) was established in 2002 as an independent 501(c)(3) entity governed by a Board of Directors. The primary role of the GI is to advocate and facilitate the co-operation of private industry, academia and government in developing solutions to critical cyber security problems. Another prime role is to build upontechnologies under development at the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) Information Directorate to further strengthen the security of our nation's cyber infrastructure.By partnering AFRL with private industry and academia the Griffiss Institute is able to facilitate and grow the technology base of the Upstate NY region. We are focused on providing an environment conducive to the growth of technology and ideas by creating a collaborative research environment accessible to AFRL, local business and academia with the expressed goals of fostering research leading to new solutions in information assurance and spinning out new business opportunities.Member of the Business Incubation Association of New York State.
