Michael Hmurovich, CFS, has extensive experience in the food science industry, currently serving as Senior Technical Manager at Griffith Foods since January 2000. In this role, Michael develops protein seasonings and manages offsite lab scientists. Previously, Michael held positions as Senior Principal Scientist and Principal Scientist, focusing on the development of seasonings for meat protein products. Michael also worked as a GCI Project Manager, overseeing raw material cost savings and specification groups. Michael's career began at OSI Industries from 1992 to 2000 as an R&D Technician, where responsibilities included the development of various food products from initial development through scale-up. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from Purdue University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
