Kai Osterhus has a diverse range of work experience. Kai started their career at GRIMME in 2011, where they worked as a Dual Studies Industrial Engineering until 2015. Kai then transitioned into a role in Product Management for a few months before becoming a Student Trainee in Product Management until 2017. From 2017 to July 2021, they worked as a Project Engineer Sales Digitalisation at GRIMME. In July 2021, they were promoted to Head of HUB Digital Business at the same company.
Additionally, Kai Osterhus worked as a Dozent Mathematik Vorkurs at Akademie der Dr. Jürgen und Irmgard Ulderup Stiftung from August 2018 to July 2021. Kai also had a project semester abroad at Spudnik Equipment Co, from August 2016 to December 2016.
Kai Osterhus completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from the Private Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik from 2011 to 2015. Following this, from 2015 to 2017, Kai pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Productmanagement at Hochschule Osnabrück.
