Currently serving as Managing Director at Grind Restaurants since January 2017, Kyle has held multiple leadership roles including Operations Director and Food & Beverage Director, as well as Group Executive Chef. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Chef and Head Chef at Soho House & Co from September 2008 to December 2016, and as Tournade at Cape Grace from December 2005 to September 2008.
