Tim Hammond

Tim Hammond is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Dean for Health and Wellness and Director of Student Health Promotion at Grinnell College since August 2007. In addition to this role, Tim has held positions such as Interim Lecturer and Director of the Outdoor Recreation Program, as well as Associate Head Swimming and Diving Coach and Director of Intramural Sports. Tim's entrepreneurial skills are demonstrated as President of Grinnell Feed and Grain since 2014 and former Vice President of Spaulding Inn Bed and Breakfast from 2010 to June 2018. Tim's diverse background includes roles in education, outdoor leadership, and environmental learning, supported by degrees including an M.B.A. in Sustainability from Maharishi International University and a Graduate Certificate in Public Health from the University of Iowa.
