Mirko Goetzen

Mirko Goetzen is an experienced professional in industrial design, currently serving as the Leader of LIXIL Global Design - Creative Direction for EMENA and Creative Director at Grohe AG since April 2015. In addition to the role at Grohe, Mirko founded StudioDWAS UG in January 2018, functioning as a designer in a side business. Prior experience includes roles as Art Director for Industrial Design at Sony Electronics in London and senior industrial designer positions in both London and Tokyo. Earlier, Mirko worked as a senior industrial designer at Nokia in Helsinki and engaged in freelance design projects for various consultancies. Educational qualifications include a Diplom Designer degree in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Duisburg-Essen and an exchange program at the National University of Singapore.
