Julia Schwarz

Julia Schwarz is an experienced professional in multi-unit leadership and training development, currently serving as the Director of Training and Compliance at Groot Hospitality since July 2022. Prior to this role, Julia spent three years as the Director of Operations at Dr Smood Group and at Pubbelly Sushi, where responsibilities also included multi-unit leadership and training initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions as General Manager and Assistant General Manager at STARR Restaurants, along with serving as Lead Trainer/Captain at Makoto. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Florida International University.
