Bruce Busby

Bruce Busby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in patent consulting and digital media management. Currently serving as a Consulting Patent Agent at Groq since January 2020 and at Atheros since 2003, Bruce specializes in the wireless LAN chip industry. Previous roles include Director and Voice Actor at Pendant Audio (2007-2021), Sr. Manager of Digital Media at Silicon Graphics both from 2001 to 2003 and 1996 to 1997, and Director of Legal Affairs at Sonic Blue and Frontpath. Bruce also held the position of Director of Intellectual Property at 3Dfx, managing patent and trademark issues under President Greg Ballard. Early career accomplishments include leading R&D at Abekas Video Systems, a key player in the digital video industry. Bruce holds dual degrees in Chemistry and Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
