Martin Laguerre

Martin Laguerre is a seasoned professional in private equity and investment management, currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Diversified Private Equity at GCM Grosvenor since March 2025. In addition, Martin holds several board positions, including Independent Member of the Board of Directors for Annaly Capital Management and Competitive Power Ventures, as well as previous roles with Kestra Holdings and BGC Partners. Martin was previously Executive Vice President and Global Head of Private Equity at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, managing over $60 billion in assets. Martin's educational background includes an MBA in International Business and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Management Science from McGill University, and being a CFA Charterholder.
