Adam Hicks is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and cloud technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Groundcover since June 2025, Adam has previously held key roles at Trace3, including Field CTO and Practice Director in both Digital and Automation sectors, focusing on platform engineering and customer consulting. Adam’s expertise also includes leadership positions at Honeycomb.io and Morpheus Data, where responsibilities encompassed driving technical strategy and leading solution development teams. With a strong background in full stack web development as an independent contractor, Adam holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University and a certificate in Applied Generative AI for Digital Transformation from MIT Professional Education.
