Shimrit Tsubery Heuberger

Shimrit Tsubery Heuberger serves as the VP of Operations at groundcover since August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Rhenium from July 2017 to February 2019, where Shimrit developed strategic implementation plans and coordinated cross-organizational projects for the CEO. Additionally, Shimrit worked with the Government of Israel from July 2012 to March 2017 as Adviser and Chief of Staff to Minister Gilad Erdan, managing advisors and administrative staff across six government ministries, analyzing challenges, and advising on policy and legislative matters. Shimrit's early experience includes an internship in the Legal Department at Veolia from July 2010 to August 2011. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance (B.A.) from Reichman University, completed in 2010.
