Oje Aboyade

Oje Aboyade possesses extensive experience in executive leadership and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor at Grounded since August 2022, Oje is also the Managing Partner at GDP Capital Partners, LLC, since 2011, specializing in M&A, transaction advisory services, and capital raising. As the CEO of EQUIPMENT INNOVATORS since November 2011, Oje oversees manufacturing and operations related to truck bodies and equipment for multiple industries. Previous experience includes significant positions at Cummins, Inc., holding roles such as Executive Director of Manufacturing and Global Operations and Managing Director of Southern Africa, as well as board membership for Cummins West Africa Ltd. and executive involvement at Cummins South Africa (Pty.). Oje's career began at Navistar, followed by roles at BMW and GE Transportation, showcasing a strong foundation in engineering and advanced manufacturing. Oje holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and advanced degrees in electrical and electronic engineering.
