Ben Watson

Ben Watson currently serves as Vice President of Finance at G42 since December 2022. Prior to this, Watson held the position of Chief Financial Officer at DFS from January 2010 to December 2022, leading financial strategy across a multinational group in the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia. Watson’s earlier experience includes roles as Director of Finance and Regional Finance Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where Watson managed financial operations and reporting for multiple regions. Watson’s career began as a Financial Accountant at Bupa. Educational credentials include ACCA, MIFP from A.P. Moller-Maersk Group, and a BA (Hons) in Business Finance from Durham University Business School.
