Reyan Zafir

Reyan Zafir is a Computer Vision Engineer at Dezy (Smiles.ai) since September 2022, with a robust background in data science and machine learning. Previously, Reyan served as a Data Scientist at Optum, where contributions included developing a self-supervised context-driven spell correction module, designing data protection services utilizing multi-head LSTM models, and creating a deep column analyzer for HIPAA compliance. Reyan's experience also encompasses roles as a Machine Learning Intern and Deep Learning Intern, focusing on speech recognition technologies and natural language understanding projects. Reyan holds an Integrated Dual Degree in Mining Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, complemented by various internships and research projects in machine learning and data analysis.
