Sudhakar Sambandam

Sudhakar Sambandam is a seasoned professional in the field of Oracle applications and human capital management, currently serving as the Manager of Human Capital Information System at G42 since July 2022. Prior to this role, Sudhakar held positions such as Assistant Manager for Oracle Applications Development and Oracle Payroll Lead at Jashanmal National Co and Chalhoub Group, respectively. At Chalhoub Group, Sudhakar successfully implemented an extensive integration of Oracle Payroll across 12 countries, featuring unique functionalities that bridged SAP Employee Central with Oracle HRMS. Furthermore, Sudhakar has a strong background as an Oracle Techno Functional Consultant, Senior Oracle Developer, and Software Engineer across various organizations, including Emirates Airline and Bahrain Ministry of Municipality. Sudhakar holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from the University of Madras, obtained in 2003.
