Jamie Carnavalla has extensive experience in corporate strategy and finance, currently holding positions at Group Black since June 2021, focusing on corporate strategy and special projects. Previously, Jamie worked at Holler Studios from August 2020 until its acquisition in December 2023, contributing to both corporate strategy and special projects. Additionally, Jamie held a role in corporate strategy at Crater, which was also acquired in 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a sponsor and senior advisor at 24/7 Acquisition Corp., a SPAC, and as EVP of finance and strategy at Morgan Stanley for a brief period in 2019. Jamie was also a summer analyst at Morgan Stanley in 2018 and completed a summer analyst role in 2017 at Advanced Distribution Systems, Inc. Early work experience includes positions at A&V Drywall, Inc. from 2014 to 2017. Jamie's educational background includes attending the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, Connecticut College, Millbrook School, and King School.
