Eric Masson currently serves as the Director of Sales and Business Development for the EliteKeep Cloud Platform and WFO Services at Group Elite, a position held since December 2018. In this role, Eric collaborates with strategic accounts to maximize the value of WFO investments using customer data, bots, and AI-powered solutions. Additionally, Eric co-owns Maxso LLC, providing e-commerce advisory services focused on Amazon businesses. Previous experience includes roles as a Sales Executive at SAS, specializing in analytics and AI, and at Genesys, where Eric focused on enhancing customer experiences through digital technologies. A professional coach for the Canadian Olympic beach volleyball team, Eric guided the team's significant ranking improvement on the FIVB World Tour. With an educational background in Electrical Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke and Applied Sciences from Cégep Edouard-Montpetit, Eric possesses a diverse skill set across various industries, including technology and sports.
