Ivan del Rio

Ivan Del Rio is a seasoned Solutions Engineer with extensive experience in designing and generating custom proposals for clients within the telecommunications sector. Currently employed at Group Elite Communications since October 2015, Ivan specializes in Verint and NICE Solutions portfolios, focusing on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance performance. Prior to this role, Ivan spent over 16 years at Wittel Comunicações, where responsibilities included senior sales engineering, product coordination, and international services management.
