Jeff Poon

Jeff Poon is a seasoned design strategist and founder of Sensible Strategy Limited, a consultancy focusing on innovative product, UX, and service design. Currently serving as the Lead Strategic Design Consultant at Group Lotus, Jeff proposes future brand and product concepts, facilitating collaboration among designers, engineers, and marketing teams. Previously, Jeff held multiple roles at Ford Motor Company, including Futuring Lead Designer, where design strategy was developed for various ICE and EV programs. With a robust background in human-centered innovation from CBi China Bridge and leadership experience in design strategy at Tao Design, Jeff has cultivated expertise in creative direction, research methodologies, and client relationship management. Jeff is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction Design at City St George’s, University of London, building on a solid educational foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design from North Carolina State University.
