Thomas Couture is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in modeling, simulation, and analytical techniques within defense and homeland security contexts. Currently serving as a STORM Campaign Analyst at Group W since March 2020, Couture supports the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Prior roles include Site Owner for the DHS Modeling and Simulation Community of Interest at the DHS Science and Technology Directorate, and Lead Mission Analyst at ManTech, where expertise was delivered in Systems Engineering and Operations Research. Notable previous positions include Senior Analyst and Munitions Analyst at Group W, contributing to the Department of Defense's munitions requirements and advising leadership on key issues. Thomas Couture holds a Master’s degree in Operations Research from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
