Trase Travers currently serves as President and CEO of Group W, where executive leadership is provided to a 100% ESOP company specializing in decision-making tools and analysis solutions for defense customers since February 2023. Prior to this role, Trase Travers was self-employed, advising clients on merger and acquisition strategies and business development from August 2020 to February 2023. Additionally, time was spent as Operating Partner at Battle Investment Group and CEO of ARCTOS, overseeing significant growth and the integration of aerospace and defense service contractors. Trase Travers has held various leadership positions, including CEO and President at Millennium Engineering and Integration, where governance and performance oversight were key responsibilities. Earlier career experience includes significant roles at SRS Technologies and Johnson Controls World Services, with foundational training through internships at Grumman. Trase Travers holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Florida and the University of Central Florida, respectively.
