Alexandra Todd

Alexandra (Blackwell) Todd currently serves as the Director of Corporate Counsel at Group 1001 since December 2022, overseeing the corporate secretarial function for multiple business units and coordinating the preparation and review of materials for board and committee meetings. Previously, Alexandra held positions as Corporate Counsel at Jeselskis Brinkerhoff and Joseph and as an Attorney at Katz Korin Cunningham, focusing on business litigation, employment law, and transactional work for individuals and small businesses. Additionally, Alexandra worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Cale Bradford at the Indiana Court of Appeals. Alexandra obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications, French, and Business from Indiana University Bloomington.
