Jerry Elias has extensive experience in training and performance management within the automotive and technology sectors. As the Fixed Operations Trainer at Group 1 Automotive since June 2018, Jerry has been responsible for developing and implementing training programs. Prior to this role, Jerry worked as a Performance Manager at Affinitiv Inc from January 2018 to June 2018 and served as the National Training and Consultant Manager at MOC1 Solutions, LLC from May 2006 to June 2018.
