Adeline HOUDINET currently serves as the Manager Formation at Groupe CIMES since October 2009, specializing in the administrative and pedagogical implementation of the CQP – Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle Inter entreprises. Responsibilities encompass personal development, team management training, and customer service training, with approximately 130 young individuals and numerous tutors and team facilitators trained. Prior experience includes roles as Ingénieure Formation at La Poste, where responsibilities involved creating pedagogical tools and training programs, and Formatrice at Advantis Consulting, focusing on personal development and retail training. Earlier, Adeline worked as Conseillère Emploi at RETRAVAILLER, where duties included employment counseling and managing logistics for the Versailles site. Adeline's educational background includes a DESS in Psychologie du Travail from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a Maitrise in Psychologie du Travail Option Formation from Université de Tours.
