Nicolas Gendron

Nicolas Gendron, ing, currently serves as R&D Director for the Software Team at Gecko Alliance since October 2024. Prior to this role, Nicolas held multiple positions at Hortau from January 2017 to October 2024, including R&D Director for IoT, Web and Mobile applications, and R&D Director for Connected Devices, along with serving as a Project Manager. From January 2006 to January 2017, Nicolas worked at Eaton's Cooper Power Systems as a Supervisor in Engineering, focusing on product coordination and project management, and also contributed as a Software Developer. Nicolas began a career in software development at Ericsson as an intern in 2003. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke and a Collegial degree in Pure Sciences from CEGEP de Ste-Foy.
