Sebastien Saffon's work experience includes being the Director of Technologies and Innovation - CDO/CIO/R&D at Groupe HBF, where they managed various domains such as ERP Dynamics 365, HRIS, WMS, and infrastructures. Sebastien also worked as the Digital Director - CDO at Groupe HBF, where they facilitated the company's digital transformation both internally and externally. Before that, they held positions at Aeroport Toulouse-Blagnac as the SI Management Manager and Project Manager, overseeing areas such as SAP, BI, SI-RH, Workflow, and Intranet. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Manager at FRAM SAS.

Sebastien Saffon holds a Master 2 (M2) degree in IGSI (Ingénierie et Gestion des SI) from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, which they obtained in 2006. Prior to that, they completed an IUP Miage degree in Systèmes d'information de gestion, général from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III in 2005. Sebastien's education journey started with a BTS degree in Informatique from Lycée Ozenne, which they obtained in 2003.
