Frédéric T. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Frédéric started their career as a Manufacturing Analyst Assistant at Pratt & Whitney in 2007, followed by a role as a Product Specialist Assistant at BHM MedicalPro later that year. In 2008, they served as a Junior Fellow at Engineers Without Borders Canada. Frédéric then joined the Université de Sherbrooke as a Research Intern in 2009.

In 2011, Frédéric began working at Groupe Proaction as a Conseiller, providing personalized coaching to improve performance in businesses. Frédéric later became a Senior Consultant in 2012, where they focused on lean management and lean manufacturing techniques. Frédéric continued in this role until 2017.

Frédéric's most recent work experience is with Norbec, where they have held multiple positions. Starting in 2017, they worked as the Continuous Improvement and Quality Leader until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Manager of Process Improvement & IT. Currently, since May 2020, Frédéric holds the title of Director of Technologies at Norbec.
