Thomas Hinton began their work experience in 2005 as a Field Artillery Fire Control Man in the United States Marine Corp. Thomas provided support to Artillery Cannons and deployed to Iraq twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Thomas then worked as a Project Manager for JNET Communications/Matrix Group, managing projects for a Fiber Optic cable installation company and developing relationships with Verizon Telecommunications. From 2010 to 2011, Thomas was an Assistant Content Manager at Red Bull, where they directly assisted the Content Manager and managed data entry for productions. Thomas then attended Bishop's University from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, Thomas became a Sales Director for Picard Ovens, managing sales functions and increasing sales and presence across North America. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Sales Director-USA for COOKINA Inc, managing all US sales and establishing relationships with major retailers. In 2019, Thomas took on the role of Sales Director for both Canncas, a cannabis solution manufacturer, and Casasanta, a bakery equipment manufacturer. Currently, they are serving as a Regional Sales Manager at Norbec since November 2020.

Thomas Hinton received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from Bishop's University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Saint Martin's University from 2000 to 2004 and obtained another Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, but this time in History.
